As our new Marketing Content Creator, you’ll bring that story to life across digital platforms. Through photography, video, design, and social media storytelling, you’ll capture the essence of what it means to live life outdoors and help other feel part of that journey.
This is more than just making things look good. We’re looking for someone who can create meaningful, scroll-stopping content and partner with collaborators who live and breathe the outdoor lifestyle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content Creation & Digital Media
- Lead social media from ideation to development to posting with an understanding of how to design for each channel to maximize engagement and brand expression for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Grid), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop new ways to visually show product, lifestyle, and brand stories
Collaborate with External Content Creators
- Identify and work with outdoor-focused freelancers, photographers, and influencers
- Build and manage a pipeline of authentic, on-brand content
- Guide creators to maintain consistent visual and messaging standards
Photography & Video
- Ideate and shoot social-first videos including Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube shorts
- Retouch images, gifs, and videos for brand and storytelling
- Collaborate on semi-annual lifestyle photoshoot at Yosemite National Park
Brand Development
- Development of the Royal Robbins brand voice and expression
- Design assets for email newsletter and web pages
- Support outdoor events and on-location content creation
- Outdoor product testing
WHAT YOU BRING
- Social media savvy, with an understanding of platform best practices and audience behavior
- Two or more years of experience in marketing content creation or digital design
- Excellent communication, creative collaboration, and project management skills
- Passion for storytelling through visuals and curiosity to keep learning
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Demonstrated experience with video editing software
Preferred (but not required):
- Outdoor lifestyle experience (climbing, hiking, camping, etc.)
- Graphic design experience including basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
