About the Role
As the E-Commerce Manager, you’ll oversee the online operations for Royal Robbins and Hanwag in North America. You’ll report to the Senior E-Commerce Manager and the North America E-Commerce Director. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Based in Louisville, CO, you’ll collaborate with global teams to achieve ambitious goals while staying true to Fenix Outdoor’s mission of sustainability and premium quality.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategies: Lead online sales initiatives to meet regional revenue goals, including planning and implementing marketing promotions, testing, and digital activations.
- Analyze and report performance: Monitor site metrics, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Optimize customer experience: Oversee on-site merchandising, enhance the user journey, and coordinate with the teams to ensure the availability of high-demand products.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to align on product availability, create engaging campaigns, build email newsletters, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Enhance site functionality: Identify opportunities for website improvement, coordinate user acceptance testing, and lead initiatives to enhance features, payment options, and customer service tools.
- Manage product lifecycles: Plan product launches, manage categories, and track performance through end-of-life reporting.
- Drive innovation: Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company’s digital strategy.
Who You Are
As an ideal candidate for our E-Commerce Manager role, you bring:
- Three or more years of e-commerce experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement
- Strategic analysis of trends that improve performance
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely (Episerver), BazaarVoice, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Monday

The anticipated base compensation for this person is $65,000-$75,000 annually, with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus.
